A CPG workday with Cleared
A buyer changes the requirement.
Cleared helps connect the dots.
The order
500 cases. $12,000.
6,000 units planned for a retailer. A new shelf-life requirement arrives by email.
The exception
72 days left. 90 required.
The planned lot falls short at arrival. A replacement candidate has 120 days.
The next step
Review. Approve. Confirm.
The operator approves a warehouse request, then a tracker update after confirmation.
Illustrative data and staged app screens show the intended product experience. The current prototype is a local simulation; production integrations are planned. The $12,000 is order value. Dispatch and retailer receipt remain pending.
Read the demo story
A retailer updates the shelf-life requirement for an order of 500 cases, with 12 units per case at $24 per case. The shipment is expected to arrive on October 16, 2026. The planned lot expires on December 27, leaving 72 days against a 90-day requirement. Cleared identifies a replacement candidate expiring on February 13, 2027, with 120 days remaining at arrival. The operator first approves a specific request to the warehouse. A warehouse reply and revised pick plan then confirm the lot change. The operator separately approves changes to the named Excel cells using that evidence. Sending the request alone does not change inventory or pause dispatch. Dispatch and receipt are still pending.
Less reconciling. More context.
The work crosses apps.
Your helper should too.
The buyer’s email has the new requirement. The warehouse has the earlier plan. Cleared’s approach follows that thread, so you can focus on the decision.
- 01
Notice what changed
Bring the buyer’s requirement together with the order, stock records and current warehouse plan.
- 02
Prepare a specific next step
Show the mismatch and supporting evidence. Draft a request you can review before it goes out.
- 03
Keep approval meaningful
You approve the warehouse message. After the warehouse confirms the change, you review the proposed tracker update separately.
A small detail.
A decision that matters.
Shelf life at expected arrival · 90 days required
18 days below the buyer’s requirement
Warehouse confirmation required
Approval applies to the action you reviewed. Current-source checks, permissions and verified results are part of defining each live workflow.

Why Cleared exists
Family businesses should keep control as they grow.
My family’s CPG business showed me how growth can overwhelm the people running it. I’m building Cleared to put more control in the hands of immigrant and nontechnical founders, through the tools they already know.

Questions
Before we talk.
Do we need to switch systems?
The experience is designed around your existing apps, with a desktop companion alongside them. We’ll agree which tools and permissions your workflow needs before connecting anything.
How do we get started?
Use the Try Cleared form to tell us about your team and the workflow you want help with. We’ll discuss fit, scope, access and pricing. The video is an illustrative walkthrough of a local simulated prototype; live connections and supported actions are confirmed during setup.
What stays under my control?
The demo shows separate approvals for the warehouse request and the Excel update after warehouse confirmation. The request itself doesn’t change inventory or pause dispatch. Your workflow’s scope defines the actions Cleared can prepare and the approvals needed before execution.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the workflow, usage and support your team needs. We’ll discuss those details before proposing a scope and price.
